IN MEDICATION IMPORTATION

The direct importation process for the patient takes an average of 15 to 25 business days, counted from the complete receipt of the documentation.

During this period, the order undergoes inspections and sanitary releases in both the country of origin and Brazil, ensuring that the medication reaches the patient in compliance with regulations and quality standards.

Medications for individuals are exempt from import tax and IPI (Tax on Industrialized Products) for amounts up to US$ 10,000.

Amounts above this limit are subject to taxation, which will be calculated and informed in advance.

We offer the following options:

• Bank deposit
• Payment link via card (secure system)

After requesting the quote, you will receive an email with all the information. To proceed, just send the completed forms and the requested documentation by email.

Once the medication is dispatched, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow all stages of the shipment.

The order can only be canceled up until the moment it is dispatched by the supplier in the country of origin. After shipment, cancellation is no longer possible.

Important: Legislation in Europe and the United States does not allow the return of medications to the laboratory, even in case of cancellation.
